Child Therapist specializing in attachment

About me

Professional Background

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, parents, and families, and have served as a clinical supervisor for more than 3 years.

As a therapist, I view people and therapy through a person-centered lens—I believe every person has the inner wisdom and capacity to heal, grow, and become who they want to be. My role is to provide a supportive space to help you sort through it all, understand yourself more deeply, and find the tools and confidence to move forward.

I help clients develop self-esteem, coping skills, social skills, and emotional resilience, and I support parents in the challenging work of raising children and maintaining strong relationships in today’s complicated world. My approach draws from attachment, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral principles to help you connect, regulate, and thrive.

I show up as my authentic self in session, keep it real, and encourage my clients to do the same. I love helping people through therapy, and I’m not afraid to walk alongside you as you face the hardest and scariest parts of life.

I am with you.

A Little About Me

I’m a mom and a wife, and we share our home with a big, goofy golden retriever. I love cooking, baking, gardening, hosting family get-togethers, and binging true crime shows. I’m happiest when I’m simply spending time at home with my family.

As a child, I spent time in foster care, which gave me a deep understanding of resilience and a lifelong passion for supporting children and families. For the past nine years, I’ve dedicated my work to helping families in community mental health.
